ITZY: is a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment, consisting of members Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. The group debuted on February 12, 2019, with the release of their single album, It'z Different, which featured "DALLA DALLA" and "WANT IT?"
ITZY is actually a reference to the Korean phrase "있지", which translates to "there is". It can also mean "have it" or "got it". Basically, ITZY "has it" or they "got it", whatever fans want or need.
ITZY also won 16 Rookie of the Year Awards, making them the KPOP Group with the most Rookie Awards in history. They are the first KPOP Girl Group to hold a Rookie of the Year Grandslam!
FANDOM: MIDZY. The name comes from the Korean word 믿어, which means trust. It is believed that the word MIDZY means that the fans trust ITZY and ITZY trusts the fans in return.
